Gift vouchers are unlimited in time and are not bound to a minimum order value. Cash payment and refund in the event of loss/damage are not possible. If you cancel your order or return goods for which a gift voucher was used, the amount you paid will be transferred back to you or offset. The value of your gift voucher will be credited back to your Zalando credit account. Gift vouchers cannot be applied to an order retrospectively. They are non-exchangeable and cannot be blocked.
