Terms & Conditions
By using a Spotify Gift Card, Electronic Gift Card, Electronic Card, Premium Code or PIN (the "Card"), you accept the following:
- The "Spotify Terms of Service" at www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement are part of these Card Terms of Service. The "Spotify General Terms of Use" may contain additional terms of use with respect to the collection and use of personal data, general terms and conditions for the services offered by Spotify, information regarding applicable law, mandatory arbitration (if applicable) and venue.
- The card can only be redeemed for a standalone Premium subscription on a monthly basis, and cannot be redeemed for discounts or group subscriptions (such as student discounts, trials, Premium for families, or offers that combine Premium with other companies' products or services).
- The card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and cannot be returned or resold (except as required by law).
- To redeem the card, you must have or register for a Spotify account in the country where the card was purchased. To register for or use a Spotify account, you must be of legal age in the Spotify Terms of Service www.spotify.com/redeem.
- The card must be redeemed within 36 months of the date of purchase. After that, the PIN expires and the card can no longer be used for purchases.
- The card is for one-time use only: the full face value for a single account will be deducted after redemption. A gradual redemption or a gradual credit is not possible.
- Spotify, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, partners, successors, suppliers or licensors are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by lost, stolen or fraudulently obtained Cards or their unauthorized use.
- The Card is offered by Spotify AB, company registration number 556703-7485, with its registered office at Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden, ("Spotify").
- If there is any inconsistency or inconsistency between these Card Terms of Use and the Terms of Use printed on the Card, these Card Terms of Use shall govern.
