THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE THE CONTRACT FOR THE TICKETMASTER GIFT VOUCHERS THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED OR RECEIVED AS A GIFT ("VOUCHER"). UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS APPLY EQUALLY TO THE ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDS.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE VOUCHER. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS OR CRITICISM, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 15 OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. THE MAP

The voucher is a product of Ticketmaster GmbH, a company registered in Germany (Berlin, Amtsgericht Charlottenburg HRB142231B) with its registered office at Alt-Moabit 60, D-10555 Berlin, VAT ID No. DE245055329 ("Ticketmaster").

The voucher contains the monetary value prepaid at the place of purchase. It is not a credit card, debit card, check card or customer credit card, and no interest is paid on the balance on the voucher.

The voucher is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

It is only refundable and exchangeable within the framework of the legal requirements, for example if the voucher is defective or if the provisions of section 5 apply. You cannot cancel the voucher. Refunds are only possible to the purchaser of the voucher.

The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash; no cash advance can be paid on the value loaded onto the voucher at the time of purchase.

The voucher cannot be exchanged for another currency or any other type of gift voucher; the value of two or more vouchers is not transferable to a new gift voucher from Ticketmaster.

Once the monetary value loaded onto the voucher at the time of purchase has been used, the voucher cannot be reloaded.

A voucher will only be reissued if the voucher is defective due to the production process or any other fault of Ticketmaster, its agents or subcontractors.

2. PURCHASE AND ACTIVATION OF THE VOUCHER

Vouchers can be obtained by calling Ticketmaster at +49 (0)30 – 40 818 824 (local rate), online at Ticketmaster.de/geschenk-gutschein

or in any participating retail store.

The voucher is activated and activated at the place of purchase. However, activation and activation of the e-gift voucher can take up to three working days.

3. SCOPE OF USE OF THE VOUCHER

The voucher can only be used to purchase tickets for attending events and other products or services related to Ticketmaster events in Germany ("Ticketmaster Products").

The voucher cannot be used to purchase ticket insurance or goods or services that are not Ticketmaster products.

The voucher cannot be used to purchase tickets for events taking place outside of Germany.

No change will be given for purchases made with the voucher, but unused partial amounts will remain available for future use in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

4. WAYS TO USE THE VOUCHER

The voucher can be redeemed in whole or in part by telephone on +49 (0)30 – 40 818 824 (local rate) or (if applicable) online at Ticketmaster.de. For selected events, redemption is only possible by telephone.

The voucher can only be redeemed on the website www.Ticketmaster.de, even if other websites (for example, oss.ticketmaster.com, Ticketservice.nl and Billetnet.dk) refer to or interact with Ticketmaster.de
