You can redeem gift cards in the IKEA store and when you buy them online*. In the IKEA store, you simply present it at the checkout when you pay for your purchase. When purchasing online, you enter the gift card number and PIN during the checkout process to redeem one or more gift cards.

If you have lost your gift card or someone else has used it without your consent, unfortunately we cannot block or replace the card. We have to treat gift cards like cash.
