Our gift vouchers must be redeemed either in full or in part when purchasing products on our website.

All gift vouchers are dated and expire 12 months after the date of issue.

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

The first redemption of a gift card cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts.

Gift certificates can only be redeemed for products in the same currency as the gift card.

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for additional gifts and shipping costs.

If products purchased online with a gift card are returned and returned, the amount will be refunded to the gift card recipient's Bloom & Wild account in the same way.

Bloom & Wild is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without consent. In these cases, no replacement will be provided.
