Information on the use of the Saturn Voucher Card Use of the Saturn Voucher Card The Saturn Voucher Card can be redeemed for the goods and services offered there in any German Saturn store, as well as during online use in the Saturn Online Shop under www.saturn.de. The Saturn Voucher Card is anonymous and transferable.

Online use Only if the Saturn Voucher Card has a PIN code can it also be used for online purchases. We are not liable for damages resulting from transactions by unauthorized persons using the card number and the corresponding correct PIN code.

activation The Saturn Voucher Card can only be used after activation. The card is activated at the checkout when purchasing at Saturn Markt. Tickets purchased at a distance must be activated by clicking on the separately sent activation link, unless a cut-off date for automatic activation has been set in individual cases.

Credit/Top-up The Saturn Voucher Card can be topped up with a maximum amount of €150. Used credit can be recharged. Once the credit has been completely used up, the recharge is only possible within 60 days. A payout of the credit is excluded. There is no interest on the balance.

period of validity The Saturn Voucher Card remains valid for five years from the last use.

loss In the event of loss, theft or damage, the card will not be replaced. Claims can only be asserted upon presentation of the card. It is not possible to block the card.
