The following rules apply when redeeming gift vouchers:

• Up to fifteen gift vouchers can be redeemed per order.
• If the voucher does not cover the entire order value, you will be charged the residual value.
• Vouchers cannot be paid out in cash.
• Vouchers can only be charged when the order is completed. It is not possible to take the voucher into account retrospectively.
• Resale is not permitted.
• Gift vouchers are valid indefinitely.
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed when purchasing additional gift vouchers.
• In the event of spelling errors in the address of the voucher recipient, we assume no liability for the incorrect delivery. Vouchers are not personal. Gift vouchers can be redeemed on the entire range, with the exception of offers from our partner sites, such as music downloads or marketplace offers.
