The company Ticketnet offers a gift card service. The gift cards offered on this site are published by Ticketnet SAS, SAS with a capital of 3,000,000 Euros, RCS Nanterre 412 888 133, whose registered office is located at 101 avenue François Arago - 92017 Nanterre Cedex - France. Ticketmaster gift cards are accepted as a means of payment up to the amount indicated on the back of the card for all events offered on this site. They can be used in one or more batches. Will not be replaced in the event of loss, theft, damage or expiry of validity. Cannot be the subject of an opposition request. If the first purchase does not reach the amount of the card, the balance remains valid until the expiry date of the card. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift card, you can top up the amount of your order by credit card or another Ticketmaster gift card. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The balance of the card and the period of validity can be consulted free of charge on the ticketmaster.fr website.

The card containing the necessary elements for this purpose can be used as soon as it is received. Its first use constitutes your express acceptance of its use before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period (pursuant to Article L122-25 of the Consumer Code). Upon receipt of your gift card, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. To do so, we invite you to download the form of withdrawal of the gift card order to be returned to us duly completed to request a refund. The gift card must be returned, return shipping costs at your expense, to TICKETNET - Carte Cadeau - 101 avenue François Arago - 92017 Nanterre Cedex or send us an email with your name, surname and order number to serviceclients@ticketnet.fr and we will deactivate it remotely within 72 working hours. If you withdraw from us after the card has been sent or given to a third party, we will leave it to you to inform that person. In the event of partial use of the gift card amount during the 14-day period, you will be liable to us for the amounts used and we will only refund you for the difference. In the case of full use, no refund will be made.

Your gift card will be sent to you within 48 working hours of your order by expert letter: tracked delivery with delivery of the envelope against signature. The time limit for receiving gift cards is a maximum of 7 days depending on the conditions of delivery of the postal services.
