The MATY E-gift card is valid for 12 months from its activation date (date of dispatch of the gift card or date of purchase or availability in jewellery stores), on all products sold (including during sales or promotions), in all MATY jewellery stores, by mail, by telephone and on www.maty.com (excluding Marketplace and auctions). Its amount can be spent in one or more instalments. In case of partial payment using the MATY gift card, the difference can be paid by another authorized payment method. As it does not constitute a monetary value, it cannot give rise to any financial compensation, even partial. It cannot be exchanged, replaced, recharged or reimbursed in whole or in part, in particular at the expiry of its validity date or in the event of loss or theft, nor resold in exchange for its value.
