The TheFork Gift Card ("the Gift Card") can only be used at participating TheFork restaurants. It is valid for eighteen (18) months from the date of issue indicated on the Gift Card, (which may be earlier than the date of actual receipt of the Gift Card), unless its face value is fully spent before this date. The Gift Card consists of a code, a visual and associated information. The value of Gift Cards is predetermined and cannot be changed. It is not possible to replace, reload or get a refund (even partially) of a Gift Card. TheFork accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. Gift Cards are issued by La Fourchette SAS (trading as TheFork). Gift Cards may not be used in any manner or for anything other than as provided in these Terms of Use. The purchase of a Gift Card does not result in any Yums being awarded. TheFork reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time, at its discretion. These Terms of Use are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
