The Cultura gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It can be used in one or more times, within the limit of the available balance, on all in-store and Cultura.com universes (ticketing and press only in store), including during sales or promotional periods. On the internet, indicate the number of the card and the code provided for this purpose (present under the barcode of your e-card). The Cultura gift card cannot be exchanged, returned, resold, or reimbursed, even partially (even in the event of loss, theft or expiry of validity), nor credited to a card or bank account. It cannot give rise to any change being given. The balance of the gift card and its expiry date will be indicated on request in store or by logging in to Cultura.com. Cultura gift cards issued as part of our partnership are only eligible for all our stores in Metropolitan France. These cards are not eligible for use in our overseas franchised stores (West Indies/French Guiana) or in Cultura stores in Belgium.
