The Gift Card is a voucher that allows its holder to pay for their purchases, in one or more instalments, by completing if necessary with another means of payment: • In Castorama stores located in France • On www.castorama.fr (in case of online use, Indicate the gift card number and code). Gift Cards sold only to professionals have a variable amount, determined by the Customer: €10, €15, €30, €50, €75 or €100. The amounts are expressed inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the day of the activation request made by the customer. The Payment with the card can be made up to the amount of the card: until the balance is exhausted or the expiry date has expired. Gift cards are not reloadable. They may not give rise to any form of financial compensation whatsoever or be discounted. They cannot be replaced or refunded in the event of loss, theft, destruction or at the expiry of their validity date, nor can they be exchanged and/or resold. They cannot be the subject of any opposition to their use. Gift cards cannot be purchased with Castorama vouchers, or with other gift cards, or with a provisional Castorama Card.
