Due to Royal Mail strikes in the run-up to Christmas, there may be delays in physical gift card deliveries which vary depending on when you place your order. Please order as early as possible in advance or choose a digital card as these can be scheduled for arrival without delay. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- To redeem your Photobox Gift Code, log in to www.photobox.fr (the "Photobox Site"), and register on the Photobox Site, or (if you are already registered), log in to your account on the Photobox Site.
- Photobox Gift Codes can only be activated for purchases of our products on the Photobox Site and on the delivery costs related to these purchases.
- The Gift Card can be used for all or part of an order. Any remaining monetary balance on the card can be used for a future Photobox order before the expiry date communicated at the time of purchase of the Gift Card. If the value of the Gift Card is not sufficient for a purchase, you may make up the difference by using another payment method that we accept.
- No exchange for cash is possible with the Photobox Gift Code or its value.
- Photobox Gift Codes are non-transferable and non-assignable.
- Your Photobox Gift Code can be combined with promotions, coupons, and official offers running on the Photobox Site. Multiple Photobox Gift Codes can be used as part of a single purchase.
- Photobox Gift Codes cannot be used to purchase other Photobox Gift Codes.
- If a Photobox Gift Code is refunded or cancelled, you will not be able to use the value associated with it.
- Photobox Gift Codes are considered special in the sense that we are not responsible for the theft, loss, destruction or unauthorized use of a Photobox Gift Code.
- Photobox reserves the right to refuse the use of a Photobox Gift Code or its value if we believe that the Photobox Gift Code or any part of its value has been obtained or used wrongly, fraudulently or in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- The use of the Photobox Site and all purchases made through it are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Use and are subject to our Privacy Policy.
- Photobox Gift Codes are provided by Photobox Limited ("Photobox", "we" or "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03906401. Photobox Limited is located at Herbal House, 10 Back Hill, London, EC1R 5EN. When we refer to Photobox Gift Codes, we include those transmitted digitally and those provided via a physical gift card.
