To purchase a Just Eat branded gift card, please visit the giftcards-just-eat.fr/fr_fr/ website and follow the instructions to order your gift card.
Gift cards can currently only be redeemed on Just-Eat.fr.
Just Eat gift card sales are managed by our partner Epay - a trading name of EPAY LIMITED, Kingfisher House, 2 Woodbrook Crescent, Billericay, CM12 0EQ, established in 1999 and registered in England under number 03695345. VAT number: 731194940. The Gift Card belongs to Just Eat and you should only contact Just Eat if you have any problems with the Gift Cards or if you want a refund.
Your gift card will work like a Just Eat voucher, i.e.:
You can redeem the gift card by inserting its gift card reference on the checkout page on Just-Eat.fr or in the mobile app.
Any remaining amount can be paid with other available online payment methods.
The gift card can be used multiple times until the full amount has been spent.
Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions offered or advertised.
Gift Cards may not be transferred, copied, reproduced, distributed or published directly or indirectly in any form.
The conditions applicable to the restaurant in question may apply when using the gift card, such as the minimum order required.
Gift card purchases have a 14-day refund period, from the date of receipt, after which they are non-refundable. Just Eat will not be able to refund gift cards that have already been partially or fully used. Refunded gift cards will be cancelled and the gift card will be considered void.
Gift card purchases are non-exchangeable and once a gift card has been purchased, the value of the account credit is non-transferable.
Gift cards cannot be reloaded.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Just Eat gift cards. Gift Cards may not be reloaded, resold, transferred for a fee or exchanged for cash, except to the extent required by law. Unused gift cards cannot be transferred to another Just Eat platform.
We reserve the right not to honor a gift card purchase at our own discretion and we will refund the transaction in this case.
If we believe that at the time of purchase or retrospectively, you are abusing the Gift Cards in any way or selling them to third parties, we reserve the right to cancel your Gift Card and close your Just Eat account without prior notice to you.
Just Eat reserves the right to prevent third parties from distributing or advertising its gift cards, in its sole discretion.
Just Eat is not responsible for gift cards sold or distributed by a third party not approved by Just Eat.
In no event shall Just Eat be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Just Eat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Gift cards are valid for at least 12 months after the date of purchase. If local law prescribes a longer expiry period and this 12-month period has already passed, preventing you from using your gift card, please contact Just Eat's local customer service who will be able to assist you.
Any credit not used beyond the expiration date will be considered a
