Terms & Conditions
By using a Spotify Gift Card, E-Gift Card, E-Card, Premium Code, or PIN (the "Card"), you agree to the following:
- The "Spotify Terms of Service," available at https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/, are an integral part of these Card Terms and Conditions. Spotify's Terms of Service may include terms and conditions related to the collection and use of personal data, general provisions regarding the services offered by Spotify, choice of law, mandatory arbitration (if applicable), and court of competent jurisdiction.
- The Card can only be used to pay for months of Premium Individual Membership at standard prices and cannot be used to pay for promotional or group rate subscriptions (such as student discount offers, trial offers, Premium Family Offers, or Premium offers combined with other companies' products or services).
- The Card may not be redeemed for cash or credit, nor may it be returned or resold (except as required by law).
- To activate the Card, you must have or create a Spotify account in the country in which the Card was purchased. To use or create a Spotify account, you must meet the applicable age requirements as set out in the Spotify Terms of Service.
- To activate the Card, go to www.spotify.com/redeem.
- The Card must be activated within 12 months of the date of purchase. After this time, the PIN code will expire and the Card can no longer be used to pay for a purchase.
- The Card is a single-use card: the full value of the Card will be deducted from an individual account at the time of use, and it will not be possible to use the value of the Card in instalments.
- Spotify, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of, or unauthorized use of, lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained cards.
- The Card is provided by Spotify AB, with registration number 556703-7485 and address Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden ("Spotify").
- In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Card Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions of use printed on a Card, these Card Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
