The gift voucher has no expiry date and no minimum amount of use. It is not possible to receive cash in exchange for the gift voucher or to replace the voucher in the event of loss or damage.
In the event of a cancellation or return of products for which a gift voucher was used, the amount paid will be refunded in the manner provided. The value of the gift voucher will be credited back to the customer account.
The voucher amount is not scalable after an order has been completed. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged or blocked.
The gift voucher can be used on Zalando.it or on the Zalando APP.
