Use of this Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. H&M Gift cards can be used in H&M stores and online at hm.com in the country where the card was purchased. Keep the Gift card as the balance can be topped up. The H&M Gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. After the expiry of the validity period, the H&M Gift Card can no longer be used for purchase or reactivated. However, the remaining credit can only be refunded 18 months after activation or the date of its last top-up. The H&M Gift card can be used as long as the balance on the card is zero. If the balance on the card remains at zero for three months, the H&M Gift card will lose its validity and cannot be reactivated or reused. H&M is not responsible for the loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use of the Gift Card. H&M reserves the right to interpret or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
