GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE MONDADORI STORE GIFT CARD

1. The "Mondadori Store Gift Card" is a prepaid gift card, which can be used at participating Mondadori Retail S.p.a. stores (direct and/or franchised), as well as directly online at www. mondadoristore.it. The Gift Card is available in different denominations and formats, it is neither nominative nor rechargeable; it will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.

2. The gift card can be spent in several solutions and can be used to purchase any product in stores or on the website, with the exception of the following items: eBooks, other Gift Cards, textbooks, newsstand products (periodicals, magazines), top-ups and telephone cards, tickets for competitions and monopoly products.

3. The Mondadori Store Gift Card is valid for one year (365 days) from the day of activation (corresponding to the time of purchase). There is no way to extend its maturity.

4. Both for purchases at participating shops and for those to be made online, it is essential to be aware of the code in order to use the Gift Card; if it is damaged in such a way as to make the barcode or the code associated with it illegible and the bearer is unable to identify it in any other way, it will no longer be usable and will not be replaced or refunded.

5. The balance of the Gift Card can be viewed by entering your code on the www.mondadoristore.it website
