Terms & Conditions
By using a Spotify Gift Card, E-Gift Card, eCard Card, Premium Code, or PIN (the "Coupon"), you agree to the following:
- Spotify's "Terms and Conditions of Use", which can be found at https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/, are part of the Terms relating to the voucher. Spotify's Terms and Conditions of Use may include terms and conditions regarding the collection and use of personal data, general provisions regarding the services offered by Spotify, choice of venue, mandatory arbitration (where applicable), and jurisdiction.
- The Voucher is redeemable only for months of a single, full-price Premium membership and cannot be redeemed for discounted or group memberships (e.g., student discounts, trial offers, Premium for families, or offers that combine Premium membership with products or services from other companies).
- The Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be returned or resold (except as required by law).
- To redeem the Voucher, you must own or open a Spotify account in the country where the Voucher was purchased. The use or opening of a Spotify account is subject to compliance with the age requirements set out in the [Terms and Conditions of Use] (https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/#s1).
- To redeem the Voucher, visit www.spotify.com/redeem.
- The Voucher must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase, after which the PIN will expire and the Voucher cannot be used for purchase.
- The Voucher is single-use: the full face value of an individual account is deducted at the time of redemption and no redemption or progressive credit is allowed.
- Spotify, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers, and licensors disclaim any liability for loss or damage arising from the loss, theft, or fraudulent obtaining of Vouchers or their unauthorized use.
- The Voucher is issued by Spotify AB, registration number 556703-7485, with registered office at Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden ("Spotify").
- In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Voucher Terms and any terms and conditions printed on the Voucher, the latter shall prevail.
