The Prenatal Gift Card can be spent in several instalments, while stocks last, at all Prénatal shops in Italy and on www.prenatal.com and can be combined with other Prenatal Gift Cards.
It cannot be converted into cash, even partially, nor replaced in case of loss or theft.
If you use the card to pay for an online order and the order is not successful, the amount deducted from the card will be refunded in the form of a voucher of equal value that can only be used online.
You can check your credit balance at the cash desk of your favourite Prénatal shop.
