Cards have an unlimited validity period and are not subject to minimum purchase amounts. It is not possible to redeem the card for cash. It is also not possible to refund it in case of loss or damage. In the event of a return or cancellation of an order that was paid for in full with a Gift Card, we will transfer the full amount of the order to your user account balance ("My Balance and Gift Cards"). Codes cannot be redeemed after the order is completed. Cards are excluded from any exchange or return. Gift cards can only be redeemed in zalando.es.
