Therefore, the management and administration of this website, as well as the sale and delivery of the cards and any other matter related to the purchase of these, is the responsibility of VOUCHER EXPRESS. TICKETMASTER only provides this service so that through this website managed and administered by VOUCHER EXPRESS you can benefit from the advantage of being able to purchase a gift card and give it to your friends whenever you want in a few simple steps. 01 GENERAL 1.1 Your Ticketmaster Gift Card or eGift Card ("Card") is issued by Ticketmaster Spain SAU, a company registered in Spain (CIF A-60905486) whose registered office is located at the 10th floor, Calle Pallars 193, Barcelona, CP: 08005, Spain, ("Ticketmaster"). 1.2 Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, all terms and conditions that apply to Gift Cards also apply to eGift Cards. 1.3 The Gift Card contains the monetary value that was prepaid at the time of purchase. It is not a credit card, check guarantee card, or debit card and the balance on your Gift Card will not earn any interest. 1.4 The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. After 12 months and one day the card will expire and the remaining balance cannot be refunded or redeemed for subsequent purchases. The gift card may not be reloaded under any circumstances. 1.5 Your Gift Card has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash. 1.6 In order to validly purchase the Gift Card, you must be 18 years of age or older and use a credit card issued in your name. 02 CONTRACT 2.1 By placing an order through the Website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, so if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not contract through this website. 2.2 Your contract for the purchase of a Gift Card commences once we have confirmed your purchase and expires on either: a) you have spent the entire balance of the Gift Card; or b) your Gift Card has expired, whichever comes first. c) all purchases are subject to payment card verification and other security checks d) Your transaction may be cancelled if you have not passed our verification process. 03 PURCHASE AND ACTIVATION OF THE GIFT CARD 3.1 The Gift Card can only be purchased through this website, and cannot be purchased at any Ticketmaster establishment. 3.2 It may take up to three (3) business days for your eGift Card to be activated and ready to use. However, your Gift Card will be activated and ready to use as soon as you receive it. 04 WHAT CAN YOU BUY WITH YOUR GIFT CARD? 4.1 The Gift Card may not be used for the purchase of all events listed on the official Ticketmaster website, but only for the purchase of tickets to selected events and associated products on Spain listed on the official ticketmaster.es website.
