Use your gift card in all Prénatal shops in Spain and at www.prenatal.es; Please note: the Prénatal gift card cannot be converted into cash in part or in full, nor can it be replaced if lost or stolen. If you use the card to pay for an order online and it is not successfully completed, the amount deducted from the card will be returned in the form of a voucher of equal value that can be used exclusively online.
