Terms & Conditions
By using a Spotify Gift Card, eGift Card, eCard, Premium Code or PIN (the "Card"), you agree to the following:
- The "Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use", available at https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/, which form part of these Card Terms. Spotify's Terms and Conditions of Use may include terms and conditions relating to the collection and use of personal data, general provisions relating to the services offered by Spotify, chosen law, mandatory arbitration (where applicable), and its location.
- The Card may only be redeemed for standalone months of full-price Premium membership and may not be redeemed for group or discounted subscriptions (such as student discounts, trial offers, Premium for families, or offers that combine Premium with other companies' products or services).
- The Card may not be redeemed for credit or cash, and may not be returned or resold (except as required by law).
- To redeem the Card, the user must have or create a Spotify account registered in the country where the Card was purchased. To use or register a Spotify account, the user must meet the applicable age requirements stated in the [Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use] (https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement/#s1).
- To redeem, the user must visit www.spotify.com/redeem.
- The Card must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of purchase, after which the PIN will expire and the Card cannot be used to make the purchase.
- The Card is for one-time use: the full face value for an individual account will be deducted at the time of redemption, and no redemption or incremental credit will be permitted.
- Spotify, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers, and licensors are not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from loss, theft, fraudulently obtained Cards, or unauthorized use.
- The Card is provided by Spotify AB, registration number 556703-7485, with the following address: Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden ("Spotify").
- In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Card Terms and any terms and conditions printed on a Card, these Card Terms shall take precedence.
