The TheFork Gift Card ("Gift Cards") can be used at TheFork participating restaurants and is valid for 18 months from its date of issue (which may be before you actually receive the Gift Card) indicated on the Gift Card, unless its value has been fully spent by that deadline. Participating restaurants can be searched: a) by clicking on the "Where to use my Gift Card?" button in TheFork PAY; b) once you enter the Gift Card code on TheFork PAY by searching the list of participating restaurants that will appear on TheFork PAY; or c) on the Platform using the "Gift Cards" filter. Gift Cards consist of a code and associated information and visual elements. The value of the Gift Card is default and cannot be changed. There will be no replacement, reload or refund (even partial) of the Gift Cards and TheFork accepts no responsibility in the event of loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of the Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Cards may not be resold, but may be given to another person. Gift Cards are issued by La Fourchette Spain S.L. (trading as TheFork). Gift Cards may not be used in any other way or for any purpose other than as provided for in these Terms of Use. The purchase of a Gift Card does not give rise to any attribution by Yums. TheFork reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time at its discretion. These Terms of Use are enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
