Purchases made will be reduced by the same amount from the balance available on the Card. In the event of loss or theft of the Card, it will not be replaced by a new one, nor will the undrawn balance be refunded. Once its balance has been exhausted, the Card will become the property of Carrefour. The available balance and the purchases made can be checked by calling Customer Service (914 908 900) or at any of the Carrefour hypermarkets. Card not redeemable for money.
