The amount on the digital gift card can be redeemed all at once or spread in multiple orders.
Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any refunds on items purchased with a digital gift card will be credited back to the same gift card.
Rituals shall not be held responsible for gift cards that have been lost, stolen, damaged or used without consent and no replacement will be provided under these circumstances.
Please keep your digital gift card safe for up to 30 days after you have redeemed it in full, as it will be needed to issue any refunds.
